Our Story
Meet Courtney Schwartzel, PMP, the heart and mind behind Pilot. With a passion for steering businesses to success, Courtney has been on her entrepreneurial journey since 2011. Hailing from the lake-studded landscapes of Southeastern Wisconsin, Courtney graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point in 2003 with a degree in Organizational Communication and Public Relations. Her career kicked off at Clearwing Productions followed by roles in both marketing and operations for small businesses and large corporations, where she laid the foundation for her remarkable journey. In 2018, she proudly earned her Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute. Courtney now makes her home in Loveland, Colorado with her husband Jason, their son Alden, and her two adorable dogs, Doug and Marcy.
However, Courtney is much more than her impressive resume. She's your friendly and competent guide in the world of marketing, ensuring that every interaction is marked by openness and warmth.
